Recipe: French Toast
French toast is a simple way to combine the sweetness of pancakes with the protein in eggs. A thick sliced, hearty bread works best for this recipe. When dipping the bread, allow enough time for the egg to saturate the bread. Cook slowly over medium heat to a light golden brown.
