Recipe: Skillet Pork Chops with Apples
Pork chops and apples are commonly paired together. This one-dish recipe takes the traditional pair a little further by adding sweet brown sugar and savory cinnamon. The pork chops are seared in a skillet, sealing in juices and creating a base of flavor. The apple and cinnamon sauce are cooked in the same skillet, building on the pork chops caramelized flavors and making clean-up simple.
